I absolutely LOVE shooting in new places.  It gets my creative juices flowing again and I love all the possibilities of shots I have never taken before.  My favorite thing to do is just start walking and see what we come up with.  This shoot is a perfect example of that...

This was just a little piece of fence with vines growing all over it.  Just took a few and wrapped them around her head.

Karissa Beach Session in Jacksonville, Florida

I had the honor of going to Florida with Miss Utah International 2014 Alexis Schmid while she completed in the Miss International pageant.  I posted the pageant pictures here. This is part 1 (yes, there are 2 parts!) of her little sister's senior pictures we did while in Florida.  Karissa is one of the most stunning girls I have ever had the privilege of photographing.  She is almost 6 feet tall with THE most beautiful eyes I've ever seen, and has the funnest, most down-to-earth personality ever.  The best part was that she did everything I asked her to do, no matter how crazy it was.  She trusted my "madness" as I call it and here is the magic that happened as a result.

Is she crazy photogenic or what?!!!!! She is my new muse.  Oh the ideas for shoots I have with her in mind.  Hope she's up for it!
