7 Years Old

Louisa turned 7 this past summer.  She has the longest hair I've ever seen on a little girl.   Before this shoot she told me she wants to cut it.  I asked her to let me do one more photo shoot with her hair long and she agreed.  Luckily, she has since changed her mind.  Phew!  I love her hair.  I'd take it in a heartbeat!

She wasn't her usual playful self for the shoot so I didn't get many smiling since most of them looked forced since they were.  She was so serious!

My Baby is Already Two

I was a little late doing my baby's 2 year pictures this year but at least they got done.  For her one year photos I had a huge photo shoot planned, bought all the props for it, and never did it.  One of my biggest regrets.  All I got for her at age one is a few pictures on the side of my house that I took for her birthday party invite.  Yep, that is it.  I realized I was so busy doing everyone else's pictures that mine were always put last on the list.  Never again.
